Each league day begins with a 10-minute warm-up at 1PM, ensuring you're both primed and ready to throw down the gauntlet. And while the competition may be fierce, the spirit is all in good fun. Our aim? To keep things light-hearted and lively, providing every participant with a fair shot at glory.
